A small work for a client that needed some help in getting a new job. She had been shortlisted for a position, but felt that she was not fully qualified for the job, so she asked for some work to be done to ensure that she would attain the position. The work was 2 fold. Done on the point of Eleggua, a candle was set for financial success through the job. The Eleggua was surrounded with employment herbs like gravel root. (Eleggua is not a spirit associated with the hoodoo tradition, as he is an Orisha from the Santeria/Lukumi religion. As the rootworker who performed this is a Santero, sometimes Oricha like Eleggua will volunteer to help .)
In the smoke of the Steady Work Incense the face of the Spirit is present assisting in the work.
As only a small work was required, a votive light was set as part of the work. Dressed with steady work herbs and Steady Work Powder, and surrounded by the same, the client was surrounded by success in the interview process.
